CHETRA descaler

CHETRA ® descaler is specially designed for the environmentally friendly descaling of industrial water systems. The descaler, mixed with corrosion inhibitors and based on organic and inorganic acids is characterized by its excellent limescale removing power, while providing excellent material compatibility with ferrous materials and non-ferrous metals the same time.

CHETRA ® descaler dissolves lime deposits in water systems and all acid-resistant surfaces.

Depending on the degree of calcification CHETRA ® descaler should be used at a concentration of 10 - 25%. Best results are obtained in the temperature range between 40°C - 80°C.

When handling the product, the information and advice given in the safety data sheet must be followed.
 

CHETRATHENE high-performance cleaner

For metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

DE•LU cleansing lubricating oil

DE•LU is a special oil stable against aging, with high-performance additives for all machine and instrument parts.
Highly durable lubricating film, which is characterized by its particular suitability in precision engineering and also to be used as a light oil lubricant for electric motors and other dynamic, moving machinery and plant parts.
DE•LU is also suitable as a lubricant such as pneumatic oilers.

I•M•S industrial cleaner

I•M•S is an environmentally friendly multi-purpose cleaner for the industry, water-based, highly concentrated, effective until 1:50 dilution (for heavy dirt correspondingly higher dose). Typical dilution of 1:25.
For cleaning of common contaminants such as oil, grease, wax, mildew, soot deposits on machine parts, tools, hoods, sheets, walls, floors.
Removes successfully cutting and coolant residues. Also suitable for use in the food and automotive industry as well as household and hobby.

I•M•S is an extremely versatile cleaner that is suitable for cleaning for both metals as well as plastics, textile, acrylic glass, glass and rubber parts etc. (mind the degree of dilution).

MC IV high pressure cleaner

MC IV can be used in immersion baths, in ultrasonic baths as well as in spray booths.

CHETRA MC IV is a liquid, alkaline, water soluble cleaning concentrate based anionic and nonionic surfactants and wetting agents, as well as complex agents, amines and cleaning amplifier.

The dilutions of the concentrate are used to remove grease and oily soils from hard surfaces. The dissolved amounts of oil are not emulsified, but differ from at rest position of the bath on the surface and can be skimmed off.

Solubility: miscible in any proportions with water.
 

The product is biodegradable over 95%.

SKM synthetic cooling lubricant

SKM synthetic cooling lubricant for cooling and lubrication of metal working.

When turning, milling, grinding, drilling, sawing, forming, rolling, etc. from virtually all metals and cast iron (other than magnesium, caution with aluminum due to discoloration). High quality transparent product, rot-resistant, water soluble, economical concentrate, with organic corrosion inhibitors and EP additives.

Due to usage of SKM, reduction of heat generation, lower cutting forces, faster heat dissipation, thereby improving life time of tools and better dimensional stability.

SKM according to the standards and provisions of TRGS 611.

While stored avoid large temperature fluctuations and frost. Before using SKM must be brought to room temperature

SKM 10 synthetic grinding coolant

SKM 10 is a fully synthetic, water soluble, mineral oil free and low foam grinding concentrate. The transparent solution provides a clear view on the machine and workpiece.
SKM 10 does not develop any unpleasant odors, is free of chlorine, sulfur, and sodium nitrite.
Its high resistance against microbial attack prolongs the service life considerably; not sticky and prevents corrosion.

SKM 10 is particularly suitable for high performance grinding for most commercial metals, also for the processing of hard to be ground metals and alloys.

Suitable for all metal processing methods.

SKM 40 semi-synthetic cooling lubricant

SKM 40 is a semi-synthetic universal cooling lubricant, extremely low foaming in soft water. Through translucent emulsion an unobstructed view on the machine and the workpiece is ensured. Does not smell and does not get sticky.

SCM 40 is free of PCB, formaldehyde, sulfur and sodium nitrite, and non-toxic. Thanks to a very high resistance to microbial attack a longer service life is ensured.

Excellent lubricity even at low concentration. SKM 40 prevents corrosion damage.

With SKM 40 excellent results are obtained by the processing of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and aluminum alloys, process with all major metal processing methods. No leaching of copper ions.

SR I system cleaner

SR I is a mineral oil free, water soluble cleaner system. It contains anionic and nonionic surfactants, as well as microbicides with a broad spectrum and good dirt release and soil carrying capacity. System cleaner is effective against germs occurring in water mixed cooling lubricants.

SR I is mainly used in circuits which are filled with mineral oil based, water mixed cooling lubricants.

SR I is used, depending on the pollution of operating the emulsion at a concentration of 1-2%.

It should be at least 8 hours, preferably 24 hours, added before emulsion exchange.
In addition, it should be pumped during the working process together with the cooling lubricant circuit.

SR I is according to EEC a hazardous substance and labeled with Xi (irritant).

SR I should be suspended during storage either from large temperature fluctuations or frost. Bring to room temperature before use.
 

TA•CO thread cutting and coolant

TA•CO is a double acting special product for threading, drilling, milling, turning, etc. for all metals (aluminum), also for high quality alloys.
A dual effect is caused by the rapidly volatilizing coolant which transfers heat friction, and the lubricant which facilitates movement between tool and material being worked.
Thus, the operation is speeded up without the otherwise occurring fracture risk due to overheating and "welding" in tools; the tool life is extended.
