AS•MF non-metallic anti-seize
(white paste)

AS•MF is a high quality assembly paste and anti-seize material against:

CG cold galvanizing compound

The CG cold galvanizing compound is used to repair damaged areas at galvanized and hot-dip galvanized surfaces, e.g. on welded points. As corrosion protection and primer for iron and steel CG is also the ideal "emergency" galvanization on site.
As a top- and undercoat the infiltration of rust is prevented or minimized.

Temperature resistant up to +400°C

• protection against corrosion (salt spray test according to DIN 53167)

KIS chain inner bearing lubricant

KIS is a stable special oil aging resistant and with high performance additives which is used in the tightest tolerances on chains of machines, gears, pulleys, conveyors and all applications where light oil with high creep capabilities is necessary.
Special application for wire ropes against fretting corrosion.
Pressure resistance of the film increases the life and durability of the maintained aggregates, by reducing abrasion. At the same time quieter running and corrosion protection with non-drying lubricant film.

NAS Nickel Anti-Seize

NAS (specially micronized metal powder in conjunction with synergetic additives) is a high quality assembly paste and Anti-Seize material:

• good sealing properties in a corrosive environment

• protection against welding, seizure, galling

• prevention against galvanic effects

• prevents seizure - even at high pressures and extreme temperatures (no oil mist formation at high temperatures)

• special protection against acids, alkalis and solvents

• high load carrying capacity with good lubrication

• lubricants and release effect up to 1600°C

SIL silicone lubricant

SIL silicone lubricant is a liquid lubricant for wood, plastic, rubber, light metals; for the lubrication of windows, drawers, hinges, slides, sliding doors, rollers, gears, etc.
For the impregnation of fabrics/tents and age protection of rubber parts.
May be used as a release agent as well, e.g., in cold stores. Durable lubricating film even in a moist environment, like at locks, ships, boats, etc.

 

SIL silicone lubricant

• can be used in the maintenance industry as release agents, lubricant, impregnation

• protects and impregnates plastic and rubber parts (no freezing)

• excellent release effect, prevents adherence and water-repellent

• ideal as an assembly aid

• after evaporation of the solvent physiologically safe (colorless, non-toxic, chemically neutral)

SOLV rust solvent

SOLV is an acid-free rust solvent, quickly and gently dissolves rust and other deposits.
SOLV makes screws, nuts, bolts, fittings, etc. consistently. Due to the high creep SOLV reaches even inaccessible places and reliably dissolves rust, tar gummy grease, dirt, carbon, graphite and other debris.
SOLV makes surfaces slippery, provides short-term protection against corrosion, lubricates, displaces moisture and maintains.
Due to the highly active ingredients of SOLV it usually achieves considerable savings of time and labor while disassembling of hardly releasable parts. In most cases the resolved parts and fittings can be reused. This also gives improved economic efficiency.

Nearly in all workshops usable.

Apply SOLV rust remover thinly. Let it react. Repeat if necessary.

TC PTFE-coating (Top Coating)

TC PTFE-coating used as dry lubricant of smooth surfaces of metal, plastic, wood, rubber, glass and the like.
TC increases lubricity and at the same time protects the surfaces.
Application especially where oil and fatty lubricant can not be used, such as of drawers, sliders, hoppers, casters, containers, tanks, molds, tools, etc.

The embedded PTFE particles in the acrylic based film are used as sliding agent and as a protective coating for moisture attack.

 

TC PTFE-coating (Top Coating)

• free of oil and grease (non-contaminating and staining)

• protection against corrosion (water-proof)

• good adhesion, prevents dust formation

• compatible with plastics, metals and elastomers

• lubricating film after the solvent evaporates physiologically harmless

Areas to be treated residue-clean (we recommend CHETRATHENE ® high-performance cleaner)
Apply from about 15 cm distance in thin layers.
